Penis Exercises to Increase Penis Size

When I hear the term ‘penis exercise’ it conjures up images of comical weight room scenes, where my penis is wearing Adidas shorts and a muscle tee, while doing bench presses and curls. Unfortunately or perhaps fortunately, penile tissue doesn’t grow the same way that muscle does. If it did, we would all be 130 lb weaklings with rolling pin sized penises. We all want a bigger penis, but the question “how’s it hangin?”, should never be answered with “It’s not anymore, I’m using a wheel barrow to keep it from dragging on the ground!”.

Muscle grows by straining the muscle through weight lifting or resistance, to a point where the muscle tissue is damaged and sore. During the body’s repair process cells multiply and ‘stitch’ the damaged tissue, causing the to muscle grow. The cells in penile tissue don’t divide and multiply because the penis is not a muscle, however the body has an amazing ability to repair most reasonable levels of damage. So it only stands to reason that if we damage the cells in penile tissue that swell with blood during erection, by over swelling them, we can enlarge them and the body will repair them in this enlarged state. This causes the blood cells to get bigger, allowing more blood in the penis during erection and thus increasing it’s overall size.

The most widely used penis exercise is jelquing which is much like milking a cow. With a semi erect penis, apply some lubrication and wrap your forefinger and thumb around the base of the penis and slide toward the tip while gripping tightly and repeating. This technique is designed to force blood through the penis to expand the blood cells a little bit beyond their limit. As an example, think about what happens to a condom if you fill it with air and then push all that air to the tip. Over weeks, this constant expansion of the cells and repeated repair by the body can result in penis growth. Jelquing with an erect penis is called something different and will only grow the muscles in your forearm and wrist.

If you’re already happy with the size of your penis but would like to improve your stamina, there’s an exercise for you. Your PC muscle is the muscle you can feel at work when you cut off a urine stream, mid urination. This is the same muscle we use to stifle an orgasm so that we can continue for longer. These exercises can be done anywhere, anytime and you don’t need to urinate to do them, so you can even do them on the bus without having to explain the puddle on the floor, “Sorry, I’m just exercising.”

Now, if you really want to pack a punch I recommend adding male enhancement pills to the exercise program. This is such good advice–there’s no one right way to increase your penis size. Combining supplements and exercises is a win-win answer and is destined to produce the right results. Great advice!
