How The Penis Exercise Works

Within your penis are two channels called the Corpora Cavernosa that store blood when you are sexually aroused.  When the Corpora Cavernosa fill with blood it causes the surrounding tissue to expand and grow.  In other words, your penis gets longer and harder.

By learning to do a daily exercise you will stretch the size of your penis, allowing the channels to hold more blood.  A longer penis will naturally be larger when erect than a shorter penis!

The exercise is easy and the only thing you need are your hands, a couple of minutes each morning, and the following steps.

Exercise To Make The Penis Larger

1. Using the fingers of one hand, hold the tip of your penis.
2. Pull your penis straight forward away from your body slowly.
3. When you’ve reached a point where you feel a bit of pain or you simply can’t stretch it anymore, hold this for 15-30 seconds.  (Don’t pull too hard! You don’t want to be in bad pain, just very slight discomfort.)
4. Release your penis and relax for 15-30 seconds.
5. Repeat this exercise 5 times, working your way up to 10 or more.

That’s all there is to it.  Over time, in as little as two weeks, you should notice an increase in your penis size.  If you’d like, keep notes on your progress so you can see just how much it grows over time.  Most men report a growth of at least two inches or more.
